ClickBank has an opening for an Account Manager?in our Boise, Idaho office.
Job Summary: ClickBank's Account Manager position is about relationship management and solution consulting. The Account Manager will own a portfolio of clients whose revenue through ClickBank will amount to tens of millions of dollars. This position is responsible for guiding the strategy & executing against that strategy to achieve growth in portfolio.
Demonstrated confidence of a salesperson; unafraid to pick up the phone and engage with clients/leads to identify mutual growth opportunities and carry an opportunity to fruition
Responsible for representing ClickBank to clients at field events such as trade shows, conferences, ClickBank hosted events, etc.
Digital Goods / Affiliate Marketing Expertise - Understand the digital goods/affiliate marketing industry and specifically the clients' business needs. The clients are the best of the best; this position will make them better by providing ideas, solutions, & introductions to them
ClickBank Product Expert - Become an expert of the ClickBank platform with an in-depth understanding of its features & functionality. The Account Manager will guide the clients to employ solutions within the product set that will make both ClickBank & the client more successful
Internal Sales - Every good salesperson needs to not only sell externally but internally. In order for a great company to evolve with its clients, the company needs its employees to bring the knowledge of the market and their clients back into the company. This position will need tounderstand who is who within the organization, and sell ideas and experience gained from the field to the support personnel and leadership
BA/BS degree in business, or field relevant to the Key Responsibilities preferred
Digital/informational content creators: You understand the creation process for digital content to include the sales funnel, VSL's, content creation, multivariate/split testing, upsells, back end strategy, continuity programs, etc.
Affiliate Marketing: much of the above but also how traffic is attained (Media buying, email lists, etc) and what drives successful campaigns(CTR, EPC, measuring ROI, etc.)
Payments: Accepting payments online is another large component of ClickBank's value prop. You have experience in all that is required to accept payments online, understand how this affects conversions, can sell the importance of ClickBank's multicurrency, multi-payment method solutions as well as anti-fraud controls
Back Office Administration - combined with the above, ClickBank reduces administrative tasks from our clients allowing them to focus on their core competencies. affiliate marketing angles Understanding all that is required to administer merchant accounts and pay affiliates on time every time will help you in your endeavors
Compensation: ClickBank rewards its Account Managers through a market competitive base salary and a non-capped commission capability.
